Maid Especially For You will use your vacuum cleaner(s). We have found through experience that it is not the most sanitary procedure to go from home to home with the same vacuum. (One home has pets, the next has allergies.)

Upon completion of your home's cleaning, a Maid Especially For You's quality controller will inspect the cleaner's work to assure it is done to your expectations.

Maid Especially For You became a business in 1990 and has grown considerably over the years. High priority is given to the task of assigning a home to an individual cleaner(s) who remain in service to that home for the longest possible length of time. We realize both the cleaner(s) and the customer benefit by a consistent relationship. However, we ask that you realize individual cleaner assignments may vary as a result from cuts in available item, school/college schedules, inconsistent scheduling, customer demand, etc. Maid Especially For You is a cleaning service business, rather than an individual who cleans, with a pool of quality cleaners to draw from to insure your home gets cleaned when you want it cleaned, which is much more reliable than an individual cleaner. References regarding our services are available upon request.

Entry To Your Home
Imagine coming home to a clean house...most of our customers are not home during their scheduled cleaning time. We will work out an arrangement with you to enter your home when you're not there. We prefer a lockbox or code, however if those are not available, we will take a key.

Our Billing and Pricing Method
Made Especially For You charges an hourly rate for its services. An estimate can be prepared after our initial consultation. Our cleaner(s) will leave a bill, upon completion of your home, which is due the next time we clean your home. Therefore, you are paying "one behind," leaving payment for the previous cleaning. Minnesota State sales tax is charged on our services.

About Our Owner and Manager
Leann Peters has a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Iowa and has twelve years of corporate personnel experience prior to establishing Maid Especially For You in 1990. Leann prides herself as being a "people person" and having an instinct as well as the personnel skills to secure high quality people and managing the business in a manner to achieve high motivation on the part of the people in service to your home.
